Unless otherwise instructed, shipment is generally made promptly upon completion of your order. Estimated production times are shown on most product pages. Some products offer expedited production schedules at an extra expense. If you have a "drop dead" delivery date for your project please let us know through an entry in the notes field of your order. We will notify you as soon as possible if we anticipate a problem with meeting your delivery schedule. We ship daily on weekdays excluding holidays. It is our sincere desire that you be satisfied with the products we deliver. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us immediately by email or by calling (800) 777-5292. If it is determined that the fault lies with the materials used, the quality of our work, or are the result of production errors on our part we will issue a refund for the cost of the project (excluding shipping) or reprint the materials in question, at our discretion. Please check the file(s) you provide and your proof(s) carefully as you are responsible for any errors present in your files or in the proofs you approve, regardless of the cause of said errors. In the event that we elect to accept a return of the product you will be issued a return authorization number and you may return your product for a full refund (excluding shipping). Returned products must be complete and in salable condition. Refunds will not be issued on orders returned without our prior consent and a return authorization number. Our liability in the case of missed delivery date or a quality issue with the finished product is strictly limited.
