Spot color printing is the most economical method of producing larger quantities of printed materials. Our standard window envlopes are printed on 24# envelope wove and shipped in boxes of 500. Choose from the different ink combinations in the pull down lists below. Please contact us for pricing on orders larger than 10,000.
Restrictions: These prices are for printing a light coverage image on ready-made envelopes. Please allow a 1/8" margin between the image and the edge of the envelope. In addition you will need to allow a 3/8" "gripper" margin on one end of the envelope. Please see our envelope layout template for details. We do not reccomend printing large solids or screens on ready-made envelopes as the printed image may smudge or offset to the back of the envelope during the printing process. It is also difficult to acheive a smooth lay of ink across the seams of an envelope. In cases where your image bleeds, is heavy coverage or includes screened areas crossing the envelope seams we reccomend that you consider printing flat sheets and converting the envelopes.
Please note: Your muli color art must "separate" correctly for us to work with it. Business design programs (Word, Excel. etc) tend to produce files which will not separate properly for spot color printing. We can frequently work with these files but doing so may require additional art charges which will vary depending upon the time required. Please contact us if you have any questions.
