Our vinyl pole banners are printed in beautiful full color on premimum 15oz double-sided blockout banner material and delivered to you rolled, never folded (in our So. California service area). Pole pockets are sewn in the top and bottom with a fine trim on the sides. Our pole banners are made of a single layer of high strength vinyl which eliminates the need for side stitching and also prevents air "pillowing." Grommets are installed on the pole side for attachment to the pole itself. Order brackets seperately.
Art Format:
Please provide your art in PDF format. Use the 'press' settings when creating your PDF. Use the templates provided above as a guide in the layout of your art. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding banner design or format.
Proof:
Prices include a confirming proof of your file. You will be notified if we notice anything which we feel may adversely effect the quality of your completed project, however, we can not be responsible for problems we do not notice. You will be charged at our standard rates for any changes you instruct us to make on your behalf. Please review your proof carefully. You are accepting responsibility for any errors present in the art when you approve the proof for production, regardless of the cause or origin of said errors.
Please Note:
Banner sizes vary slightly due to a number of factors, most notably temperature. Acceptable variation is 0.5" or 2% of the specified dimension, whichever is larger.
Warranty and liability:
We warranty our banners for a period of 1 year in normal use. Please inspect your banner before installing making especially sure that all installation points are secure. We will promptly repair or replace any production problems you discover. Once installed we are not responsible for damage to the banner caused by improper installation or extreme weather. As the installer you are also taking full responsibility for any damage to public property, personal property or personal injury which occurs during installation or as a result of a failure of the banner, regardless of the cause. Please take this into consideration when installing your banners.
